Artist’s Statement: “Ad Astra is a homage to my love of science fiction. I particularly like the stories that speculate about other cultures that might be out there and often watch or listen to sci-fi stories while I work. It seems fitting that the focal piece of these earrings features a marquetry center that resembles the quilt block pattern known as ‘Star Puzzle’.”
Measures approximately 3-1/4 inches from top of ear wire to bottom by 1-3/8 inches wide.
