NE artist, Wen Redmond explores her medium, fiber, focusing on experimentation & expanding its presentation. Her artistic work merges digital processes, photography, collage, media mix and surface design. Wen has created several signature Digital Fiber Techniques- Holographic Images, Textured Photographs and Serendipity Collage Technique.
Her work and articles have been published in books and magazines, an appearance on Quilting Arts TV, & Quilting Arts workshop DVD’s, available at Interweave Publishing. Her work has been juried in many exhibits. Niche finalist, 2008, 2010 and 2012 Wen delights in creating dialogue, changing perspectives & perceptions of fiber.
