Gerald FitzGerald has been a woodworker for over 20 years and became a state juried member of The League of NH Craftsmen in October 1999. Gerald works primarily on commissioned furniture and smaller items that may be found in the League Retail Galleries. Gerald works in the Shaker, Arts & Crafts, Mission and contemporary styles using native hard woods. The use of traditional joinery such as mortise and tenon, and dovetail joints normally found in high quality hand crafted furniture are evident in all his furniture. This combined with extensive hand sanding and finishing results in furniture/crafts that will endure for generations.
