Edged Leaf Necklace

This stunning sterling silver neckpiece by Betsy Keeney features two intricately edged leaves.  She created these realistically textured leaves by rolling the metal through a mill with actual, once living, leaves!  Finished with a soft satin finish that enhances the texture of the metal, it stands out brilliantly against the skin. Stemming from the handmade sterling silver wire cable, this necklace has the illusion of opening in the front between the leaves, but it actually clasps in the back with hooks.  It is rigid but it does have some give to form against the neck.  The unique composition activates this piece, engaging it with its model, and making it absolutely captivating.

Leaves are 1 3/8″ long X 7/8″ wide.  Cable measures 18″ around.
