This exquisite, one-of-a-kind, solid 14k gold pendant by Fred and Kate Pearce features a colorful ammolite, and a sprinkling of sapphires in warm rich tones of yellow, orange and peach. Ammolite is a rare, iridescent, opal-like organic gemstone cut from the fossilized shells of extinct sea creatures known as ammonites. Found primarily along the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains of North America, it is composed primarily of aragonite, with a microstructure inherited from the shell. This ammolite simmers with tones of red, orange, green, and yellow. The bail, or “slide” on this pendant is wide, and can easily be worn with your own chain, cord, or collar. An absolutely elegant pendant.
Pendant is 1 5/8″ tall x 1 1/2″ wide.
Chain not included
