These Illusion scarves when viewed against the base color creates the illusion that the motif is floating on the wearer. These scarves are made with silk organza that is woven in Kazakhstan, individual artisans preserving a technique that is centuries old along the historic silk road. League fiber artist Barbara Poole then felts into the base fabric using 100% merino wool. They are wide enough to wrap around your shoulders and long enough to double and wrap around our neck as a scarf. Some customers find them to be the perfect table runner !
