Volunteer, Intern and Employment Opportunities

Volunteer with the League year-round!

Volunteer Opportunities

You are helping to support the League and build the future for fine craft when you volunteer. Plus, you’ll meet new friends, get hands-on experience, be exposed to beautiful craft, and have fun at the same time. Volunteer jobs include:

      • Information/Reception Desk (2–8 hours per month)
Work at the League headquarters greeting visitors, answering telephone inquiries and describing the current Gallery exhibition.
      • Behind-the-Scenes or Research Volunteer (2–8 hours per month)
Assist us with archival, curatorial or library projects and administrative tasks.
      • Event Volunteer (1/2 to full day, depending on the event)
Assist during the day and evening of a League event. Details will vary depending on the event.
      • Committee Volunteer (time commitment varies)
Supporting and juried members are encouraged to contact League Headquarters directly to determine available positions.

Training is provided and on-going educational opportunities with League staff and craftsmen will occur throughout the year. Reach out to League HQ at [email protected] to begin the conversation!
