I live in beautiful central New Hampshire at the base of the White Mountains in Campton. I specialize in hand crafting 17th and 18th century antique reproduction furniture. The wood, joinery and techniques that the furniture masters of that era used really inspire me. And there is no lack of wonderful pieces to emulate! I hand-cut all my dovetails, which is a time-consuming process, but I consider it imperative to creating a piece that will endure for generations. I also use pegged mortise and tenon joints for the same reason. I use primarily tiger maple and cherry, most usually procured locally. I take steps at each level to assure a quality heirloom that will endure for generations.
