Before moving to New Hampshire in 2004, I worked as a Park Ranger in Denali Park, Alaska for ten years. The long, cold winters provided plenty of opportunity and inspiration for creating hand knit felt hats. I wanted something warm enough to wear on the dog-trail, but beautiful enough to wear to town. If wearing one of my hats means that you get out and enjoy the outdoors just a bit more, then I have done my job. Your head is sacred. I create functional, art-to-wear that is worthy of your head.
