Juried in both Hooked Rugs and Proddy Rugs. Winner of the League of NH Craftsmen 2009 Living with Crafts exhibit “Best in Fiber” Award. I learned to hook rugs in New Hampshire, and how to make proddy rugs in England. I love both techniques. Making rugs to me is about transformation – from wool and burlap to something new which carries my own creative spirit in its pieces. I make rugs from the place where meditation and play meet.
