Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 91st Annual League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s Fair!
August 3rd – 11th, 2024 at Mount Sunapee Resort, Newbury, NH
For volunteering at the Fair you will receive FREE ADMISSION the day you volunteer plus one GUEST DAY PASS (for your use another day or to give to a friend).
**We cannot guarantee that requested volunteer shifts/roles will be available. We will work with all volunteers to create a schedule to meet the staffing needs of the Fair.**
*NOTE: If you submit several days, you will be assigned to ALL of them. If you can only come for one day, but are providing several options for scheduling, please state so in the comments/questions field of this application.*
We have the greatest need right now for volunteers on Saturday, August 10th and Sun, August 11th!

Volunteer Roles:
General Volunteer: Put me anywhere, I’m flexible!
- AM: 10:30am – 1:30pm
- PM: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
- ALL-DAY: 10:30am – 4:30pm
Gate Greeter: Greet visitors, scan tickets, hand out programs *can sit down, close to restrooms*
- AM: 9:30am – 12:30pm
- PM: 12:00pm – 2:00pm *3pm on opening weekend
- ALL-DAY: 9:30am – 2:00pm *3pm on opening weekend
Activity/Demo Helpers: Assist with Kid’s Create Tent, Pottery Tent or Demonstrations
- ALL-DAY: 10:30am – 4:30pm
Tent Volunteer: Assist craftspeople: sit for breaks, etc.
- AM: 11:30am – 2:30pm
- PM: 1:30am – 4:30pm
- ALL-DAY: 11:30am – 4:30pm
Information Tent Volunteer: Assist visitors with directions, check-in volunteers
- AM: 10:30am – 1:30pm
- PM: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
- ALL-DAY: 10:30am – 4:30pm
HOW TO BOOK A VOLUNTEER DAY:
- Click on the date you would like to volunteer. Available dates in GREEN will turn GREY when selected. Please select ANY DATES you are available to volunteer.
- If a date is ORANGE, the date is partially booked and slots may be limited. Hovering over a date will display a small grey box listing how many volunteer slots are available.
- If a date is RED, the date is fully booked and no more slots are available. Please select a different date.
