The 75th Annual League of NH Craftsmen’s Fair is the place to learn about the techniques used to make fine handcraft. Here is a schedule of activities:

Performing Artists

The Fair also features high-caliber musicians and performers of various styles, including original acoustic, string, folk, jazz, classical, Congolese rumba, and Caribbean steel drum music. All performances take place in the Performing Arts Tent and are included in the admission price to the Fair. The Fair is open daily, rain or shine, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm with performances at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm. The performers scheduled to appear at this year’s Fair are:

Sat., August 2:	Jolly Rogues – This talented band of musicians and singers has a varied repertoire of 18th and 19th Century material.
Sun., August 3:	Amoskeag Strummers – This band is recognized for their unique sound and style, having a large repertoire of patriotic numbers, classical rags, Broadway tunes and Dixieland jazz.
Mon., August 4:	Late Night Radio – This band has been entertaining New England audiences with a selection of bluegrass, western swing and originals since 1999.
Tues., August 5:	Swing a Cat – This local band, consisting of bass, guitar, piano, and violin, performs 20s and 30s swing, and features three-part harmony vocals.
Wed., August 6:	Putnam-Pirozzoli – This duo combines the lyrical sophisticated sounds of classical guitar with the earthy soul of steel string acoustic.
Thurs., August 7:	Bradford Bog People – This husband and wife duet plays lively foot-stomping Southern Appalachian music singing beautiful ballads and playing guitar, fiddle and bass.
Fri., August 8:	Castlebay – This band musically weaves together the timeless traditions of Maine’s nautical legacy with its British Isles heritage using expressive vocal and Celtic instruments.
Sat., August 9:	Mamadou – This unique and high energy band sets feet and spirits dancing with music based on authentic African rhythms and arrangements.
Sun., August 10:	The Buskers – This band’s music features a kinetic fusion of acoustic folk/pop, New Orleans-influenced R&B, old jazz standards with their own memorable songwriting.
