I aspire to create unique and organic pieces combining high-end metal with precious gemstones. I hand select gemstones and sculpt the metal around each piece creating natural elegance. I have a BFA in metals and jewelry design, taking courses at the Gemological Institute of America and apprenticing for two years with a goldsmith. All of my pieces are individually carved from wax and cast in fourteen or eighteen karat gold. Each wax piece is carefully sculpted around the individual gemstone or pearl, creating a truly organic shape. Once the wax is cast, the gold piece is individually detailed and signed, creating a unique and beautiful piece of jewelry.
