Event Description:
The craft of marquetry is centuries old, dating back to the BC era. Learn about the aspects of marquetry, its origin and how to take your interest to the next level, if you so desire. In this in-depth, hands-on demonstration, you will be given the opportunity to safely experience use of a scroll saw in the process of making initial cuts of a “compass rose” design.
