Guest Artist Application 2025 – Annual Craftsmen’s Fair

This application is not a guarantee of acceptance into and placement at the Annual Craftsmen’s Fair. Once your application has been received, your work will be evaluated by our jury. You will only be billed today for your application fee ($35). 

Acceptance into the Guest Artist program will be announced on January 9th, 2025 and you will have until January 14th to confirm that you wish to move forward as a booth holder in the LNHC 2025 Fair. Placement information for accepted participants will be sent out in late January. You will then have until February 19th to make full payment of booth fees via the form provided by the League.

Ensure you have read the 2025 Annual Craftsmen’s Fair Invited Guest Booth Contract carefully prior to completing this application. You will be required to sign electronically, indicating acceptance of the terms of the booth contract. This will constitute a binding agreement. All booth holders will be required to provide proof of insurance to the League by May 1st, 2025.

When you submit, please click the submission button ONLY ONCE.  You should see a message on your screen once the application submits, followed by an email containing a copy of your application.  If you do not see that message and do not receive the follow-up email, then your submission did NOT go through.  There may be an error message somewhere in the form that requires your attention.
