Small sculptural white stoneware vase by Connie Turin, with deep linear recesses and a black glaze interior. Connie’s ceramic works are formed like pinch pots, then decorated with enhanced incised lines and filled in with color. The outside is left unglazed, but after the firing process, Connie tenderly sands it to a silky finish, leaving it soft and tactile. This beautiful vase is functional for flowers as well as a decorative work of art.
