Beautiful blue soup/salad bowls by Andy Hampton. Fired on a white stoneware clay, this glossy blue glaze has some wonderful depth and speckling, and breaks to a caramel brown over the edges. These bowls nest beautifully together in a stack, and are interchangeable with his celadon bowls or ochre yellow bowls, to make a colorful stacking set. Quiet in nature, with good functionality, and a strong Japanese aesthetic, Andy’s pottery reminds us to mindfully enjoy the simple things in life. Microwave and dishwasher friendly.
