After many years of having art in my life, I discovered paper mache. Always inspired by animals, I try to capture what I think it would feel like to be a giraffe flying through the air,a dog sitting with his favorite toy, a moose trying to sit down! Many of my creations are enhanced by using “found” objects; feathers, driftwood, barnboard, shells, etc. I have a lot of fun with whimsical pieces, I love color and creating different characters. Doing custom work of people’s pets or favorite animal is just as exciting to me as it is to my client.

This delightful black and foal is handcrafted in paper mache by Kathy Marx. Makes a perfect gift for the horse lover in your life! Measures approximately 6″ tall and 6 1/2″ wide.
