Spotted dairy cow by Michael Updike, intricately carved in shallow relief and highlighted with silver leaf on a rectangular slate tile. Michael is recognized for his beautiful carvings using recycled slate roofing tiles. The back is mounted with black painted wood which gives the piece more dimension when hanging on the wall. Each one is signed and has Michael’s wax seal of authenticity on the back. Hangs simply with the framing wire on the back.
