Inspired by cave paintings and Ice Age art found throughout Europe, Asia and North Africa from over 30,000 years ago, Luann Udell creates imagined artifacts from polymer clay. Each artifact is created one at a time with very thin layers of polymer clay to recreate the rich grain of old ivory, bone, or stone. These drum earrings are ivory in color with delicate black markings, and are accented with long bone-like beads and cerulean blue round beads. They hang from sterling silver earwires.
