Volunteer Requirement for The Shop at the Fair:
All participants must provide two days of work time to TSATF. An assistant or friend may complete the work requirement with notification to the Shop Manager.
Participants failing to show up to work assigned volunteer time will pay $150/day.
Volunteer Options:
July 23rd: Set-Up (Trailer Unload) 9:45am – 5:00pm *Counts as two work days
July 29th – August 2nd: Set-Up (Painting, Carpentry/Odd Jobs) 9:45am – 5:00pm
*August 2nd: Preview Party (Assisting Customers) 2:00 – 9:00pm
August 3rd – 11th: During the Fair (Restocking & Assisting Customers) 9:45am – 5:00pm
August 12th: Tear-Down 9:45am – 5:00pm (or until complete) *Counts as two work days
HOW TO BOOK A VOLUNTEER DAY:
- Click on the date you would like to volunteer. Available dates in GREEN will turn GREY when selected. Please select ANY DATES you are available to volunteer.
- If a date is ORANGE, the date is partially booked and slots may be limited. Hovering over a date will display a small grey box listing how many volunteer slots are available.
- If a date is RED, the date is fully booked and no more slots are available.
- Select your volunteer time from the dropdown menu below the calendar.
- Enter your contact information in the form below the calendar.
- Enter any comments or questions you may have in the form below your contact information.
- Click SEND to submit volunteer booking.
