Beautiful medium sized bowl by Lloyd Hamovit. These bowls are a great size for serving individual portions if you’re having soup or a large salad as a meal, also curries or stir-fry. Alternatively, use it as a small stand-alone fruit bowl or a serving bowl for side dishes. The exterior has a watery teal blue glaze, while the inside is glazed in a smooth, high gloss celadon that pools with subtle touches of sage green. Finished with a warm toasted yellow rim that contrasts and compliments it perfectly. Lloyd Hamovit is a New England ceramic artist whose work combines the tradition of the potter’s wheel with sculptural altering techniques. His pottery is always colorful and perfectly useful in the kitchen. Microwave and dishwasher friendly.
