Intricate carving of a crow by Michael Updike, in shallow relief on square slate tile edged in gold. Michael is recognized for his beautiful carvings using recycled slate roofing tiles. The back is mounted with a painted black, thick wooden block which allows it to set upright on a shelf or desk, or to be hung on the wall with the wire on the back. Each one is signed and has Michael’s wax seal of authenticity on the back.
