All participants must provide ONE day of work time to TSATF. A friend or family member can fulfill this time for you, or you can opt out for a $120.00 fee. Volunteer slots are first come, first serve and are limited daily to meet the needs of the Fair. We cannot guarantee that desired shifts will be available. If your desired shift is not available, please select a different date. You are welcome to sign up for more than one volunteer shift, we appreciate the extra help!
You will be notified of your assigned work date with your TSATF packet sent in late June.
If you are unable to accomodate any remaining shifts, you can either pay the opt-out fee or contact Molly at [email protected] to arrange an alternate volunteer date. If a participant signs up to volunteer and does not appear at the agreed time and location, a fine may be imposed by the League.

- RED = FULLY BOOKED, date is fully booked and no more shifts are available, please select a different date

- Enter any comments or questions you may have in the form below your contact information.
- Click SEND to submit volunteer booking. You will see a confirmation message on the screen and a follow up email. If you don’t see the confirmations, your form did not submit.
