Sculpture Garden Exhibition Application

The outdoor Sculpture Garden showcases the form and construction of decorative sculptures, furnishings, and garden accessories created by Juried Members and Guest Artists. Works are displayed in an open, grassy area with additional live plants/flowers in pots arranged to accentuate the sculptural work.  Promotional materials from exhibition participants are allowed and will be displayed in an information area.  These may include photos of other installed work to give visitors a clear idea of how pieces would appear in other settings. The exhibition demonstrates how these beautiful pieces can be easily integrated into any garden, lawn, or open field setting. All items are available for purchase or special order, and LNHC staff will work with both interested buyers and members to facilitate sales.

Submitted proposal(s) must be for work not previously exhibited in the Sculpture Garden. Work should be made within the last 3 years.  Any individual, one of a kind, or collaborative idea or work will be considered.  All work exhibited in the Sculpture Garden must meet all quality specifications as outlined in the League standards guidelines for the media category in which each participant was juried, and will be reviewed by Standards. The coordinator reserves the right to decline any work submitted even after delivery.

Pieces will be selected to achieve the most cohesive and integrated exhibition.  Participants do not need to have to have a booth at the Fair to exhibit.

You will receive information to schedule a drop off time at the mountain as well as how to submit your final title card information. Title card information must be submitted online (link will be provided in June) to facilitate the printing of the title cards for each piece. There will also be an opportunity to include images with your title card form. If any items are collaborative pieces, you will be asked to indicate this on your title card form submission.

A printout will be available when you drop off to verify and make any final changes to your submission.   Participants are responsible for reconciliation of their own inventory records. Merchandise delivery and pick up are the responsibility of each participant.
