Annual Craftsmen’s Fair Raffle Donations

The Fair Raffle is an important part of fundraising for the League and offsets the expense of running the Fair each year – keeping costs down for all participants. Fairgoers enjoy the chance to win beautiful donated works, and the Raffle helps to direct more traffic to your location(s) across the Fairgrounds.

Please consider contributing one or two items by filling out the form below. Include a business card with each donation to assist in marketing you and your work.

There are 4 options for dropping off raffle items:

  • At Concord HQ – BEFORE July 18th
  • At the Fair Office during AC&D Drop Off – July 22nd or 23rd
  • At the Fair Office during TSATF Drop Off – July 29th, 30th, or 31st
  • At the Fair Office during Booth Set Up – July 30th, 31st or August 1st
