Intro to Polymer Clay with Kathleen Dustin

The League is pleased to offer this great opportunity to learn from a true expert in her field, at a special price.
Polymer clay is a surprisingly refined medium that lets you play with form, texture, and vibrant color. While often seen as a simple modeling material, in skilled hands it becomes a medium for sophisticated design and fine craft. Best of all, after just an hour in the oven, your creation is transformed into a permanent work of art—quick, satisfying, and endlessly versatile.
Kathleen Dustin has been working with polymer clay for 40 years and is considered a pioneer in elevating it to the level of fine craft. This class will introduce you to color blending, basic techniques, tips, tools, and baking instructions – everything you need to get started with this versatile medium.
