Juror Availability Calendar

Thank you for sharing your time and expertise as jurors for the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen!

We look forward to hosting Fall 2026 Jury & Critique Sessions this October.

This form is to give staff a general understanding of juror availability so that we can begin coordinating juror and applicant schedules. Additional emails will follow to confirm exact dates and times. Selection of dates and jurors will be based on availability and best fit for the applicants and overall schedule. Jury sessions last approximately 1 hour each, critique sessions are approximately 30 minutes. A short break will be scheduled between sessions to fill out evaluation forms and a lunch will be scheduled mid-way through the day.

Juries are generally conducted between 9:00am – 4:00pm on jury days. Start times and final schedule will be determined by the number of applicants and availability. Jurors will be re-imbursed for mileage and a lunch order from Constantly Pizza will be taken in advance of the jury session.

All attempts are made to accommodate requests for critique/jury sessions. Ultimately critique/jury sessions are determined by applicant and juror availability and a minimum of 3 applicants and 2 jurors are usually required to host sessions in that particular media. In the event that the minimum number of applicants/jurors are not available, critiques/juries for that media may be postponed until the next season of sessions. On occasion, jurors may be asked to jury for less than 3 applicants if extenuating circumstances apply.

  1. Please select ALL DATES you are available as a juror. Dates in GREEN will turn GREY when selected. GREY = dates that you’re available to jury.
