| Donna strives to create bright, touchable ceramic. Her work is playful in spirit and form. Utilizing both electric kilns and wood fired kilns, she chooses glazes and finishes that highlight surfaces. She delights in the tedium and rhythm of adding textural details.
Currently working out of her studio and serving as the Ceramics Program Director at Mother Brook Arts & Community Center in Dedham, MA Donna splits her time between managing a studio and creating her own work. She enjoys teaching workshops at Mother Brook. Additionally, she instructs clay and craft classes with the SNAP (Special Needs Arts Programs) organization in Lexington, MA |
