My creative journey began when I was a child. I grew up in an artistic home and when our Art Professor father gave me and my twin sister sketch pads, the drawing began. Years later, Nannie began her painting and I was still searching. After visiting the ancient gold jewelry exhibits at the The Getty in L.A., I finally found my artistic self! I wanted to wear that jewelry and the only way to own it was to learn how to make it. Books, tools and workshops were my road to becoming who I am today. Since then, I made a gold crown to resemble an ancient crown as a painting prop for Prosperi Studio and that was a moment of pride for me. I design current work as well. I love what I do. |
