Handmade in the Harbor Participants

Thank you for being a part of Handmade in the Harbor 2026. The event will take place November 14/15 at Jimmy’s Jazz Club in Portsmouth, NH.

Linked below you will find the contract for the event, and the League Code of Conduct, which applies to all League events. The form requires a signature acknowledging agreement to the terms of the contract and code of conduct, so please read both documents carefully prior to submitting the form. The contract includes important details regarding display, wifi, etc.

This form does not collect a payment, and is only to be used if you have submitted payment in the amount of $360 to the League in advance, to secure your placement.

Additional information for participants will be sent within the next few weeks, to include details of load in and out, and marketing materials for you to use to promote your participation in the event.

Marketing Request

To assist in a robust marketing campaign, the League asks that you submit at least one high resolution "signature image" of your work that we may use in our promotions. Up to five images may be uploaded here. However, if you encounter any issues with the submission of this form with images added, please remove the images and send them separately as a response to your payment confirmation email. Images may also be sent to [email protected] with "Handmade in the Harbor Participant Images" in the subject line.
