This application is not a guarantee of acceptance into and placement at the Annual Craftsmen’s Fair. Once your application has been received, your work will be evaluated by our jury. You will only be billed today for your application fee ($135).

Acceptance into the Guest Artist program will be announced in early February.

2026 Guest Artist Demo/Sales Booth Application

The application will collect a non-refundable $135 charge.

Applications and images will be reviewed and evaluated by the LNHC Guest Artist Jury. Guest Artists selected for participation in the Fair will be notified of their status after January 23rd. The artist will be provided with a form to make full payment, accept all terms and conditions and supply program information to the League.

Guest Artist Demo-Sales booths have a fee of $1,145, and a requirement of demonstration time all of the nine days of the event. Participants in a demo-sales booths must report their gross sales, and if 5% of those sales exceeds the amount paid for the booth space, a payment for the difference must be made to the League.

If accepted, you will be provided with a form in which you will sign off on acceptance of all terms, submit program information and payment in full of your assigned booth.*

DEMO SALES PROPOSAL

Please fill out the following fields to describe your Demo Sales Booth proposal.

1. Provide as much information as possible on the processes you will be using and work you will be creating; explain specifically what fair goers will see and learn, and how (if possible) they will be involved. Upload images of your planned layout including sales and demo areas. Describe educational materials you plan to use.*

2. Proposed Demo Schedule: (Note: Craftsperson must spend 5 hours per day demonstrating; any time spent by assistants or employees is in addition to that of the juried member. Craftsperson demo time may be divided. If a demo/sales tent is shared, each person must demonstrate 3.5 hours each day.)*

PHOTO REQUIREMENT

• Five photos of your work are required for your application, along with one photo of your booth setup.
• Photos of your craft should be high resolution (300 ppi minimum), each of a single piece of craft. Do not send images of groupings of craft items, or multiple views of the same piece. Images will be enlarged and projected on a screen for the jury session. .
• The craft should be representative of the work that you would sell at the event, should you be accepted. .
• If you experience any difficulty with the upload process (for example if you experience internet speed issues), please reply to the confirmation email you will receive upon submitting this form, and send the photos as attachments.

Sales Booth preferences - if the demo-sales proposal is not accepted, please describe the size, type and preferred location of the booth that you would be interested in holding. This is only a request, not a guarantee of placement.
Regular Sales Booth Costs - determined by size: 10' x 10' = $2,010; 10' x 12' = $2,220; 10' x 15' = $2,930.
All 4/5 day booths are 10' x 10' and are priced at $1,390. An additional fee of $210 is applied to corner sales booths.
