Event Description:
Meredith, NH – Join us at the League of NH Craftsmen – Meredith Fine Craft Gallery on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm for a Flower & Leaf Pendants Class with juried artist Joy Raskin.
In this class, students will make delightful and fun flower and leaf pendants. Using wire and sheet metal, students can cut out flower and leaf shapes, hammer-texture them, and shape them to be more 3-dimensional. Students can add a neck chain or can make a simple chain to hang the new pendant on so it can be worn right away. Materials used will be brass, bronze, copper, and silver wire and sheet metal, plus we will have some commercially made flower stampings to play with. Materials will be provided, and the material cost will be between $10 and $30 depending on the amount of metal used.
Tuition is $75.00 per student. Materials fee is between $10-$30 depending on the materials used. The materials fee will be paid cash or check to the instructor on the day of class.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Those who wish to take the class MUST sign up by Monday, July 8th.
