On behalf of the League, I want to thank you for choosing to be part of the 93rd Annual Craftsmen’s Fair. We are grateful for the time you give to this event and are pleased to showcase you in our program and promotions in return.
This page contains everything you need to know about your time before and during the Fair. Please bookmark it and check back occasionally because I will update it when I have new information to share. I am your point person at the Fair: if you need me at any time, please call my cell (508) 496-9867 I will have it with me at all times. My carrier is Verizon, which works very well on the mountain.- Parking: All Demonstrators, Guild members, and volunteers/helpers MUST park in Lot 2. Lot 1 is for fairgoers only. 2026 FAIR MAP. Please note the location of Lot 2, Gate 2 and your Demonstration Tent.
- Arrival: Please plan to arrive early enough to set up and be ready for guests when the gates open at 10AM. You can arrive as early as 8:30.
- Entrance: Everyone must enter through Gate 2 and pick up their badge there. Reminder: No one is allowed on the grounds unless they have a badge or pay the admission fee.
- WIFI access is only given to booth holders for the purpose of running sales. The quality of cell service depends on your provider. If you need to communicate with someone on or off the mountain and are having a cell service challenge, please let me know so I can help. If it is an emergency, please go to the Fair office for immediate assistance.
- Marketing Materials: You are encouraged to bring high-quality imagery that highlights your craft and/or samples of finished work. These are wonderful for attracting and engaging visitors. You are also welcome to bring handouts, business cards, banners etc. that promote your group. However, selling is not allowed in your tent – this includes raffles.
- Please actively engage with visitors throughout the day to foster a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment.
- Please do not leave your tent unattended (except for an emergency as noted above.) I will be available throughout the day for assistance and will coordinate volunteer coverage when you need a comfort break.
- Click here for an idea of what a ProPanel looks like. They are essentially carpeted walls.
- Click here for the types of hanging methods that are suitable. You don’t need to purchase them from this source but please ONLY use the type of hangers pictured to prevent damage to the walls.
- A cart for loading in if what you need for the day is more than you can easily carry.
- A small fan. You will have access to electricity in your tent.
- A small cooler to keep cold drinks and snacks handy, though there are multiple food and beverage vendors at the Fair.
- An extra pair of shoes. When it rains on the mountain, it may result in soggy ground. It’s not a bad idea to bring an umbrella or poncho as well.
