Course Description:
Explore the history and process of basic screen printing techniques. You will learn how to paint directly on a screen with Speedball drawing fluid and Speedball screen filler to create a permanent silkscreen stencil for printing on paper or fabric. Included is an introduction to registration techniques for multi color printing. Come with a simple sketch idea, no larger than 5×7. An apron or smock is recommended to protect your clothing. The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
Materials Fee: $10 paid directly to the instructor on the day of the event. Space is limited to 6 students.
