Capital Arts Fest Application 2022

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2022 Capital Arts Fest, September 24th – 25th.
The Capital Arts Fest is an annual multi-arts festival in Concord, NH held on the last weekend in September.  For 2022, the League of NH Craftsmen will encourage NH residents and guests to visit our downtown Concord fine art and craft Fest as well as make stops at League Fine Craft Galleries across the state, making the event a part of a weekend art and craft experience.

Due to an increase in League costs associated with the production of the Event, and also a large increase in the cost of the rental tents, there is an increase in participation fees for 2022.

Here are a few important details of the Capital Arts Fest:

Please read this BOOTH HOLDER CONTRACT carefully.  It provides important information about the event and the agreement between booth holders and the League.  If you have any difficulty viewing the document, contact Sarah Nyhan at HQ – snyhan@nhcrafts.org

When you “sign” your application electronically, you are indicating that you have read and agree to the terms of this booth holder contract.
Please note that all Capital Arts Fest participants are asked to provide recent images for promotion.  If you have any questions about this requirement, please contact Sarah Nyhan (snyhan@nhcrafts.org).
If you are paying by check, please send your payment to: League of NH Craftsmen Headquarters, 49 South Main Street, Suite 100, Concord, NH  03301

The use of LED lights is recommended for all who request electricity in their booth.  LED lights draw on far less power but provide greater lighting.  If you do not have LED lights please contact Denise Kirk for more information – dkirk@nhcrafts.org or 603-224-3375 x113

All Booth Holders will be provided badges for themselves and their booth assistants.  These badges will be required for entrance to the Fair area outside of sales hours (during set up on Friday and evening shut down on Sunday).
Replacement badges will be provided for a fee of $5 each with proper identification.

All Booth Holders must be set up and ready to go by 10:00  AM on Saturday, September 24th.

Parking during the event will be on your own.  We will provide links to information about Concord’s parking rates and lot and garage locations.
Load in times and details of set up, including tent locations, will be provided closer to the event.

If you have questions about the Event, you may reach out to our Event Manager, Denise Kirk at dkirk@nhcrafts.org
