During Veterans Day weekend (November 8 and 9, 2008), you are invited to discover the natural beauty, timeless traditions, and craft heritage of New Hampshire during NH Open Doors.  All along the state's scenic highways and country roads, you can visit the working studios of juried members of the League of NH Craftsmen, which will be open this weekend to the public. You can experience, first-hand, the techniques and artistry of these accomplished artisans and purchase distinctive handmade fine craft that have lasting value.

Other NH Open Doors participants include roadside farmstands and a variety of distinctive shops and galleries filled with New Hampshire-made products and artwork. Savor the local cuisine and wines. And when the day is done, spend the night in a cozy inn or B&B. It’s all there for you during New Hampshire Open Doors, November 8 and 9, sponsored by Margarita’s Mexican Restaurants and the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism.
